I’m a truck driver from Canada and was driving through the United States when my truck’s A/C stopped working at a truck stop. After checking it, I found that the belt had broken. With the heat outside, I was very worried about what to do next. I took an Uber to Rendel's, but the Uber driver didn’t want to wait and left. The team at Rendel's immediately started helping me by calling around to nearby locations to find the part I needed. Once they found the belt at another location, they sent one of their drivers to pick it up and bring it back. When they asked how I got there and learned I had taken an Uber, they told me not to call another one. Instead, they had their driver take me back to the truck stop along with the part. Their help saved me a lot of money and kept me from being stranded in the heat. They truly went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend them and give them 5 stars! Thank you to everyone at Rendel's for your kindness, support, and outstanding customer service. I’m very grateful for everything you did.

A customer may cancel a towing service under the following conditions: if the tow truck has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is free of charge. If the truck has been dispatched but not yet arrived, the hourly rate for our truck and driver from our location and back will be charged as resources have been allocated to serve you. We advise customers to contact us immediately to minimize any potential charges. After the tow truck arrives, the full service fee applies. Policies may vary, so please contact the service provider directly for specifics.
